The Thor star recently heard India Rose say “Papa” for the first time and, “He was almost crying. He was [screaming for joy],” Hemsworth’s wife Elsa Pataky tells PEOPLE.

India had been saying “Mama” for some time and Hemsworth was itching to hear his daughter address him as well. “She’d been trying and I would see Chris saying ‘Papa’ to her all the time. We say it in Spanish because I speak Spanish to her.” says Pataky.

Chris Hemsworth still insists on carrying Baby India around everywhere, but now that she can hold her own head up, it’s a little less scary to watch him do so.

Also, although I am not a fan of bare feet or most horizontal stripes, I have to admit that this is a very cute baby.
